Juliette draws on her wealth of experience as a manager, coach, teacher, therapist and mother when working with people to explore their concerns: challenges at work or in their personal lives. Her clients come from a variety of backgrounds and sectors, such as education and the arts.

Juliette believes that as an effective coach, her role is to facilitate the client's increase in will, self-determination and self-belief. She is patient, open minded and has a wealth of good will which draws people to her. Trust is often quickly developed and, coupled with hope, provides a good spring board from which clients drive themselves forward. While her empathetic listening skills and encouragement help clients to feel comfortable and supported, her creative challenges and insight stimulate reflections for the client to pause, acknowledge and address their current situation. Clients have reported on her warmth, sensitivity, creativity and persistence.

Juliette has the following qualifications and experience:

  • Qualified personal and executive coach (member of the Association for Coaching): works closely with individuals, often within families and with young adults, to enhance relationships
  • 35 years as a qualified teacher, and lead manager within schools and business: successfully ran a large department in a prestigious private school, leading her team through two inspections with the accolade of outstanding

She loves trees and finding the first conker of the season, conversation over tea, swimming in lakes, yoghurt with honey and dislikes - assumptions, people’s rants, marmite, chocolate (she wishes!) and will always say ‘Thank you’.

Favourite quotation:

"We are already one. But we imagine that we are not. And what we have to recover is our original unity. What we have to be is what we are." – Thomas Merton
